WHAT DOES LIFESTYLE LAUNDRY DO?

Lifestyle Laundry is saving you precious time so you can do something awesome with your day and create a lifestyle to be proud of. With a 24hr turnaround, 7am - 7pm pick up and drop off availability, Lifestyle Laundry is the easiest and most convenient wash, dry and fold laundry option around. Just $39 +gst for a tub full of dirty laundry picked up and delivered back to your doorstep fresh, clean and folded within 24 hours. Each tub fits up to 8kg of laundry.

IS LIFESTYLE LAUNDRY AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?

To find out if we service your area, just input your post code on our website https://www.lifestylelaundry.com.au. If we don’t service your area yet, be sure to add your email address to receive a notification when we launch in your area and receive a free pick up and drop off on you first order.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PICKUP OR DROP OFF?

It’s super simple! Sign up or sign in on our website https://www.lifestylelaundry.com.au If we are servicing you area already you will be taken straight to where you can place an order. Simply select a day and time for your clothes to be picked up and dropped off. At this stage you will need to place your order before 4pm to be able to order a pick up for the next day. Select the option of whether you will be home or not, your detergent preference and provide any special instructions. Hit the Place order button and your on. You will receive an email notification with the details of you order.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE WASH DRY FOLD SERVICE?

At this stage any clothes, towels and linen that you are happy to be washed, tumble dried and folded. Please DO NOT include any shrinkable items or items you do not want tumble dried. If you have any questions just ask you Lifestyle Hunter or contact us at support@lifestylelaundry.com.au

HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS?

Super easy as well. When you sign back in, in the top right hand corner select your name and instead of hitting the 'Sign out' button on the left select the 'Profile' button. This will take you to where you can update all your details including your address and credit card.

CAN I GET MORE THAN 1 TUB?

Sure can just let us know how many you require. Additional tubs can be purchased for $29 each.

DO I NEED TO SEPARATE MY CLOTHES?

Sure can. When placing an order just select the button which specifies that you would like your laundry specified and leave details of what you would like separated in the special instructions section. This will incur an additional fee of $12 which will be added to your order total. If this is not selected when placing an order what is in the tub will get washed together.

HOW DO I GET MY TUB WHEN I PLACE MY FIRST ORDER?

When you place an order for the first time a Lifestyle Hunter will deliver a tub for you before your order is due for pick up. The tub will be yours to keep for future orders. We are unable to accept your personal laundry bags or baskets and are not responsible for any loose items such as watches, jewellery, money, etc. lost in the cleaning process. So please be sure your pockets are empty and no loose items are left in your bag.

HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT?

Have questions, compliments, or just feel the need to talk to a human about any issues? Feel free to email support@lifestylelaundry.com.au and we will get into contact with you as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL PREFERENCES?

If you have any special requests, you may add them into the special notes section when placing your order. We know how important your clothing is to you, so we do our best to honour all our Lifestyle Legends’ requests.

WHAT IF I MISS MY PICKUP OR DROP OFF?

We understand that sometimes things happen and you can't always be home when you thought you might be. If you know in advance that you won't be there to meet your Lifestyle Hunter and it's unsafe to leave your bag unattended, please adjust your delivery time via our website https://www.lifestylelaundry.com.au or contact our helpful customer support team support@lifestylelsundry.com.au to avoid any unnecessary charges. If a Lifestyle Hunter does get to your door and they are unable to reach you, we will charge a $12.00 "no show" fee and coordinate a another time to pick up or deliver your tub.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LIFESTYLE HUNTER CAN’T MAKE IT IN THE TIME I SPECIFIED?

We do our absolute best to be there within the time window you selected, but sometimes there are unexpected delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, car trouble). We also know how busy you are, so if we’re running behind and you just can’t wait, let your Lifestyle Hunter know when they contact you, and we’re happy to reschedule your order or find out where it may be left unattended so we can get to it as soon as it is possible.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER TIME?

Sure can! After you’ve registered and placed an order, you can Login and go to your dashboard by selecting 'Dashboard' at the top of the page. In the left panel select the 'Order' drop down section and select 'My orders'. Here you will find a list of current orders that you can select and edit. So long as this is done before 4pm you can keep a next day booking.

CAN YOU PICK UP/DROP OFF MY LAUNDRY EVEN IF I’M NOT AT HOME?

Yes, we can. Just select the option when placing an order. You can indicate in the special preferences section where your Lifestyle Hunter can pick up from a specific location or is allowed to leave your clean laundry in a specific location in the event that you are not at home during your selected pick up and drop off time.

WHAT TYPE OF DETERGENT DO YOU USE?

We use OMO ultimate as our standard detergent or you can select OMO sensitive for a sensitive, non-scented detergent option. Earth Choice is our choice for fabric softener. You will be able to select which detergent type you prefer when placing your order. If you would prefer not to have fabric softener let us know in the special preferences section when placing your order.

CAN LIFESTYLE LAUNDRY HANG DRY OR HAND WASH MY CLOTHING?

No, we do not offer these services at this time but be sure to let us know if you will require services like this on a regular basis and we will do what we can to implement them to our services so we may better serve you.

WHAT DO I DO IF I’M HAVING ACCOUNT ISSUES OR FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

Lost your password? Can’t log in? If you are having any account or technical issues please email (support@lifestylelaundry.com.au) and we will get it sorted as soon as possible for you.

WHERE DO MY CLOTHES GET WASHED?

All our Lifestyle Hunter’s have undergone our thorough training regime, have a high quality standard of machines and follow our strict wash, dry, fold procedures. This helps us ensure and maintain a super high quality wash and fold service as standard. If ever you question the quality of your wash, dry, fold experience in any way we want to hear from you so we can fix any issues you may have. Just email us at (support@lifestylelaundry.com.au)

WHAT IF MY CLOTHING HAS STAINS I CAN’T REMOVE?

We do our best to remove stains, but some are unfortunately permanent therefore we can not guarantee the removal of any stains.

DO YOU HAVE AN IRONING OR DRY CLEANING SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Not at this stage but we will be introducing both of these services in the near future based on demand. So stay tuned and please let us know if you are super keen for either of these services in your area.

CAN I FILL MY TUB UP AS MUCH AS I WANT?

We do have a fill line limit marked on the insides of each tub. We ask that you please do not fill above this line. There may be an additional fee if tubs are filled past the fill lines indicated.

HOW MUCH DOES LIFESTYLE LAUNDRY COST?

Just $39 +gst for each tub filled with dirty laundry. Each tub will hold up to 8kg of laundry making this fantastic value.

HOW DO I PAY?

Once you have completed inputing your order details select the 'Pay Now' button. Here you can enter your credit card details and make the payment through Stripe payment processing system. You can choose to save your credit card details safely and securely with Stripe making it super quick and easy the next time you order or you can choose to input these details every time you order.
